Drexel's mechanically seamed panels are true structural systems, field-formed with a powered seamer into single or double-fold seams up to 2 inches — built for wind, snow, and hail loads a snap-lock panel isn't rated for. Panels carry UL 580 Class 90 wind uplift, UL 2218 Class 4 hail impact, and UL 790 Class A fire ratings, with Florida Building Code approval for coastal and high-wind work.

Snap-Lock Standing Seam
The same performance, without the seamer.
100NS, 150NS, and 175S panels click into a concealed, clipless lock — faster install, same UL-rated performance as the mechanically seamed line.
Snap-lock panels eliminate metal roof clips entirely, using a self-locking nailstrip seam that installs faster than a mechanically seamed system while carrying the same Class 90 wind uplift, Class 4 hail, and Class A fire ratings. The 100NS profile ships with a 35-year non-pro-rated PVDF paint warranty and installs on slopes as low as 3:12.

Drexel's wall panel line spans concealed-fastener profiles — Facade HL and Facade BR, board and batten, and the DMC 164/123 series — to exposed-fastener corrugated and rib panels, in the same Fluropon PVDF or Drexlume-finished Galvalume, steel, aluminum, or copper as the roofing systems. A project can match roof and wall from a single manufacturer, with the same coating warranty backing the finish.
