GuardianDeck sprays on for maximum coverage; DefenderDeck applies entirely by hand where spray equipment isn't practical.
GuardianDeck combines a spray-applied polyurea base with hand-applied polyurethane and polyaspartic top coats — no seams, no membrane to puncture, at up to 150 mils dry film thickness, rated for constant water immersion. DefenderDeck skips the spray equipment entirely, hand-applied start to finish at a lighter 44 mils with a quicker return to service — a fit for tight sites or occupied buildings where spraying isn't practical. Both protect concrete from vehicular abrasion, freeze-thaw cycling, and chloride-driven rebar corrosion, while doubling as the waterproofing membrane for whatever's underneath: loading docks, mechanical rooms, rooftop parking, and podium decks over occupied space. Both are SCAQMD-compliant and LEED-eligible (EQ Credit 4.2/4.3).

Guardian-PD spray-applies as an instant-set polyurea membrane — planters, split slabs, under-tile, and below grade.
Guardian-PD is a two-component spray polyurea that sets almost instantly, forming a seamless waterproof membrane at up to 112 mils, with a Miami-Dade approved, Class A fire-rated option (ASTM E84 / E108) where code requires it. It's built for the conditions where a sheet membrane's seams are the liability: podium decks, planters, split and between-slab conditions, under tile, and HVAC curbs.
